In Japanese, the word “omakase” means “trust the chef”; omakase menu is a set tasting menu (with fixed price) created with guest’s complete trust in the chef’s skills and selection; while the Chef will faithfully prepare the ingredients and execute his skills to serve his/her guests the best available of the season.

The name “Ryuzu” is derived from the Japanese saying “竜頭ノ滝 = dragon head waterfalls’. Ryuzu waterfalls is considered as one of the Japan’s great waterfalls. Desired to resemble the freshness of the waterfall, our restaurant promises to serve only the freshest ingredients directly imported from Japan into the palette of each customer. The waterfall has no impurity, yet the color of water changes every season. Just like the waterfall, our menu is inspired by the color of water that changes every season, where each season has its own distinct, timeless, yet a mezmorizing taste.
